| All COURSES ARE 1 HOUR PER WEEK FOR 5 WEEKS Beginning Agility - Introduction to Obstacles This class will introduce dogs to all the AKC agility obstacles. Teaching you and your dog to get on and off the equipment safely is top priority. This class will be using positive training methods with food and toys to help build teamwork and confidence. PREREQUISITES: For dogs 7 months and older. Children 9 and older accompanied by an adult are welcome to participate. Dogs must have basic obedience skills, and be comfortable around other dogs.� Click here for more information and to sign-up! Agility Level 2 This class will teach handlers and their dogs to connect multiple Obstacles together and learn motion-based handling foundation (turns). This class will also teach "offering behaviors". PREREQUISITES: Completion of Level 1 Agility Click here for more information and to sign-up! Agility Level 3 Expands from Level 2 and adds distance in handling between handler and dogs. Handlers will perfect their skills and add in more complicated sequencing. Puppy Agility & Confidence Course This class is geared for puppies 3 - 8 months and/or shy/fearful dogs that need to build confidence. We will build an �obstacle� course out of rocker boards, balance discs, ladders and other fun, interactive objects. Dogs will learn body awareness and motor coordination skills while building strength and confidence. This is a great start to working with your dog as a team!
